Calendar and backlog

The Jobs screen helps you review work by date and find jobs in the list. Select a day to see its scheduled visits, open a card for job details, and use the list or search controls when looking for a particular job.

Scheduled work

A calendar entry represents a visit. A job with several visits may therefore appear on several days. Open the entry to check the client, location, visit time, and current job status before making changes.

Fixed visits have appointment times. Flexible visits have a service date and duration but may not yet have an internal planned time. Use the day's route to review how flexible work fits around fixed bookings.

The backlog

Jobs created without a schedule remain available as unscheduled work. The Backlog area gives you a way to keep track of them while planning.

Open a backlog card, add a visit schedule, and save it when you are ready to book the work. A flexible service date is already a schedule and should not be confused with leaving the job undated.

Use the backlog heading to open the full list, or collapse the carousel when you need more calendar space. Job Settings → Backlog on calendar controls whether it appears on calendar days. Hiding it does not delete or schedule those jobs.

Find and refresh

Use search and the available status filters to narrow the job list. If a job seems missing, check its status, whether it has a schedule, and the day you are viewing. Refresh after changing a job elsewhere if the list has not updated yet.

For recurring work, distinguish generated jobs from future recurring previews. A future preview helps with planning but is not the same as an existing job with saved time logs and files. See Recurring jobs.
