Help and support

If you need help with TREVY, you can send a support request from inside the app or use the contact page on the website. Both routes reach the same support team, and we reply to the email address in your request as soon as we can.

Contact support from the app

  1. Open TREVY and go to the Home screen.
  2. Scroll down to the menu and tap Support.
  3. Choose what you need help with: Technical issue, Account or billing, Feature request, or Something else.
  4. Describe what happened and what you expected.
  5. Add screenshots or photos if they help explain the problem.
  6. Tap Submit Request.

If you are signed in, TREVY uses your account email. If you are not signed in, enter the email address you want us to reply to. You can also select email us directly on the Support screen to open your email app instead.

If you cannot sign in, select Contact Support on the sign-in screen, or use the website below.

Contact support on the website

The contact page is a form you can use without signing in. It is the best option when you cannot access your account or want a public, shareable way to reach us.

If the form is unavailable, email us directly at [email protected].

What to include

A little context helps us resolve your request faster:

  • What you were trying to do, and the record involved.
  • What the app displayed, including any error message.
  • The steps you already tried, and whether retrying changed the result.
  • Your device, operating system, and app version.
  • Screenshots or photos, where they help. The in-app form accepts up to four images, each up to 5 MB and 12 MB in total.

Never include passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details, or other secrets. TREVY will never ask you for your password.

What happens next

TREVY sends your request to the support team and replies to your email address. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see a response. We store your request details and any images to provide support, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Some documentation topics are still being written. A page marked Coming soon means the feature may exist but its full guide has not been published yet; it does not mean the feature is unavailable. Contact support if you need help before a guide is ready.
