Welcome to the TREVY documentation! Whether you're setting up your business for the first time or looking for help with a particular feature, these guides are here to help you find your way.

TREVY is a mobile-first field service management app for sole traders and small service businesses. It brings your clients, quotes, jobs, scheduling, invoices, payments, expenses, Price Book, and public business website together in one connected workspace.

How TREVY works

A typical piece of work begins with a client. From there, you might prepare a quote, schedule a job, issue an invoice, and record a payment.

TREVY keeps these records connected as a project, so you can follow the work and its financial history without maintaining a separate project list.

The app also supports the work around that process, including recurring visits, booking messages, On My Way tracking, time logs, field forms and signatures, client credit, credit notes, receipt scanning, and suppliers.

You can also connect Stripe for payments and Xero for accounting, and use your public TREVY website to receive leads.

Use the features you need

You don't have to follow the full client-to-payment workflow. TREVY's features can also be used independently—whether you just want to send invoices, prepare quotes, or create a business website and capture leads. Start with what you need and use other features whenever you're ready.

Find the guide you need

Use the sidebar to browse documentation by feature. Each section focuses on the part of TREVY that owns the task you're trying to complete.

These guides primarily cover the TREVY mobile app. Some billing and Founder tasks take place on the TREVY website; the relevant guides will explain when you need to use it.

The Website documentation covers the mobile feature used to publish and manage your business's customer-facing website.

Need a hand?

You don't have to work everything out from the documentation. If a guide is still being written, something isn't clear, or you need help with your account, contact TREVY Support.
