Leads and analytics

Website enquiries become leads in TREVY. Open Leads from the app's settings menu to review them. Website page views appear separately in the Analytics insight on Home.

What happens after an enquiry

A public form submission saves the customer's name, email, work details, and any optional phone number or photos. TREVY also attempts to send the enquiry to your business email and creates a lead notification.

Check Leads even if an email is missing. Saving an enquiry and delivering its email are separate steps, so an email problem does not necessarily mean the lead was lost. Confirm your email in Business and check spam or junk folders when troubleshooting delivery.

Review and follow up

Use the All, Open, Converted, and Closed filters to find leads. Open a lead to review the request, contact details, attached images where available, and related work.

From the lead details, you can connect an existing client or create a new one. TREVY can suggest matches; check the person's details before choosing a record to avoid duplicates. Connecting a client gives you a starting point for creating related work, including a quote.

Use Mark as Converted when an open lead has moved forward outside the linked workflow. Use Close Lead when you are not continuing with it. The available actions depend on the lead's status and linked documents; a lead already linked to a quote may not offer the same close action.

Creating a client or starting a quote is a deliberate follow-up action. A website enquiry does not automatically create a booking or send a quote to the customer.

Page views

On Home, open the Analytics insight to see the selected week's total and daily page views. Use the date controls to browse previous weeks. Counts use your business timezone, with weeks running Monday to Sunday.

Views measure page loads, not unique people or enquiries. Reloads can create additional views, and privacy tools or failed tracking requests can affect the count. Draft previews are excluded.

For the card's controls and empty states, see Analytics.

Trying the enquiry form

Use a draft preview to check the form without creating a real lead or sending email. To check live delivery, you need to use the published page; that submission creates a real enquiry, so label your message clearly as a test and review it in Leads afterwards.
