Hero and branding
The hero is the introduction near the top of your website. Branding controls the logo, colour theme, business name in the header, and the small icon shown in browser tabs.
Open Website → Hero or Website → Branding in the mobile app. Changes save to your draft; preview them and publish when ready.
Write your introduction
Use the headline to explain what you do and who you help. Use the supporting copy to add useful detail, such as your main services and the areas you cover.
| Field | Length |
|---|---|
| Headline | 20–90 characters |
| Supporting copy | 80–220 characters |
For example, a headline might be “Reliable garden care for busy homeowners”. Supporting copy can explain whether you provide regular maintenance, one-off tidy-ups, or both.
Add a hero photo
A hero photo is optional. Choose a clear image of your work, then adjust the crop before uploading. The app crops the image to the wide hero shape; a source image around 2264 × 1108 px works well.
Keep the important subject away from the edges and check the preview on a phone. Avoid placing essential text inside the image because it may be difficult to read at smaller sizes.
Choose branding
In Branding, select a colour theme and upload a website logo. A transparent PNG usually works well. Logo proportions can range from 0.75:1 to 8:1 in width to height.
With a logo uploaded, Show business name? controls whether the name appears beside it. Logos wider than 3:1 automatically hide the separate name to keep the header readable. Use a more compact logo to enable that option. Without a logo, the header displays your business name.
Add a favicon
A favicon is the small icon used in browser tabs, bookmarks, and shortcuts. Use a square image of at least 192 × 192 px; 512 × 512 px is recommended.
Without a custom favicon, TREVY generates one from the first character of your business name. Browser icons can remain cached after a change, so try reopening the page if the old icon is still visible.
If an upload fails
Follow the error shown in the app. Check the crop and image dimensions, or try a smaller image. Website image uploads accept source files up to 12 MB and require active subscription access. Wait for the upload and save to finish before leaving the screen, then review the draft preview.
