FAQs
Open Website → FAQs in the mobile app to add frequently asked questions. Good FAQs explain what a customer needs to know before sending an enquiry—for example, whether you bring equipment, how you prepare a quote, or what access you need.
Add a question and answer
- Tap Add New FAQ.
- Write a question of 10–120 characters.
- Write an answer of 40–400 characters.
- Save the FAQ.
You can add up to 8 FAQs. Keep each entry focused on one question and write answers in the same language you use with customers. Avoid promising a fixed price or response time unless it applies to your business.
Edit and organise
Tap an existing FAQ to edit its question or answer. Existing fields save to your draft as you edit. Use the drag handles to reorder questions and the delete action to remove an entry.
Put the most useful questions first. Customers can expand questions on the website to read their answers.
Show or hide FAQs
The public FAQ section appears when its visibility switch is enabled and at least 2 FAQs are saved. A single FAQ stays in your draft but does not display as a public section.
Turn off visibility to hide the whole section without deleting your questions. Changes to text, order, or visibility require publishing before customers see them.
