What customers see
Customers open your public website in a browser. They do not need to install TREVY or sign in to read about your business or send an enquiry.
The page adapts to phones and larger screens. On smaller screens, navigation uses a mobile menu and content fits the narrower layout. Check your draft preview on both sizes before publishing, especially after changing photos or your logo.
How the page is arranged
The page starts with your business header and hero introduction, followed by enabled services, service areas, and FAQs. A quote enquiry form and footer contact information help customers get in touch. Get a quote links take visitors to the enquiry form.
Optional sections appear only when they have enough content:
| Section | Minimum content | Maximum entries |
|---|---|---|
| Services | 1 service | 6 |
| Service Areas | 3 distinct areas | 30 |
| FAQs | 2 questions and answers | 8 |
The section's visibility switch must also be on. Navigation links follow the visible sections, so hiding a section also removes its link. These changes become public when you publish.
Sending an enquiry
Customers provide their name, email, and work details. They can also add a phone number and up to 4 photos, with a combined size of 10 MB or less. Supported enquiry photo formats are JPEG, PNG, and WebP.
After a successful submission, the customer sees a confirmation. TREVY saves the enquiry as a lead and attempts to email it to your business email address. You can then follow up to discuss the work.
A quote request starts a conversation
Submitting the website form does not automatically book a job, calculate a price, or send a formal quote. Review the lead and take the next step in the mobile app.
Preview versus public website
A draft preview has a preview banner, expires after 24 hours, and shows saved draft content. Its form can be tried without creating a real lead or sending an email. Preview visits do not count towards page views.
The public link shows published content and receives real enquiries while your website is available. If you unpublish or website access expires, customers cannot use the site as a live public page.
Before sharing your link, check the contact details and social profiles, open each section, and confirm that your images remain clear on a phone.
