Service areas
Open Website → Service Areas in the mobile app to list the places where you work. Use names customers recognise, such as suburbs, towns, or local regions.
Service areas describe your coverage on the website. They do not automatically restrict enquiries, calculate travel charges, or schedule work.
Add and organise areas
Tap the add action, enter an area name, and save it. Each name should contain 2–80 characters, and you can store up to 30 areas. Each area must be distinct; the app checks for duplicates, including names that differ only by capitalisation.
Use the drag handles to arrange the list. To change an area name, remove the old entry and add the corrected one, then reorder it as needed. Put your main service locations first and keep names consistent.
Make the section visible
The public Service Areas section appears only when:
- Its visibility switch is enabled.
- You have at least 3 distinct areas saved.
With fewer than three areas, the section and its navigation link remain hidden. You can still publish the rest of your website.
If you only serve one or two places, explain that in your hero supporting copy. There is no need to add places you do not serve just to display the section.
Publish changes
Adding, removing, reordering, and hiding areas updates your draft. Check the preview, then publish to update the customer-facing website. Turning the section off keeps your saved areas so you can show them again later.
