Business details and social links

Your website uses information from your Business record, including the business name, email, phone, address, and applicable tax details. Keep those details up to date in the mobile app.

Website-specific display options are under Website → Contact. Your website logo is managed separately under Branding.

Business email

Use a business email address that you monitor. It appears in the website's contact details and receives enquiries sent through the public form. When replying to an enquiry email, the reply is addressed to the person who submitted it.

Check this address before publishing. If a notification email does not arrive, also check Leads in the app—the enquiry may have been saved even if email delivery failed.

Phone number and address

In Website → Contact, use:

• Phone number to show or hide the business phone in the footer.
• Address to show or hide the business address in the footer.

Add a business phone number or a complete business address in Business before enabling the corresponding option. Address details may include a map link when location information is available.

Turning either option off removes that detail from the published website's contact information and search metadata once you publish the change. It keeps the information in your Business record for use elsewhere in TREVY.

Social links

Open Contact → Social Links to add Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok profiles. Use a full profile URL, such as https://www.instagram.com/yourbusiness/, rather than only a username.

TREVY supports one link for each of these platforms. Clear a saved URL to remove that link. Check that each link opens the correct business profile in your draft preview, then publish the changes.

When changes appear

Website contact visibility and social links are saved as draft content and require publishing. Business details are read from your business record separately from website content, so a business-detail update can affect the public website without republishing the draft. Review the public page after changing your business information.
