Set up and publish
Open Website from the app's settings menu. You can prepare your content before making the site public and continue editing a draft while an existing published version stays online.
Prepare your website
- Open Business and check your business name and email. Website enquiries are delivered to the business email.
- In Website → Domains, choose a Default URL. Enter only its final part, such as
green-garden-care. - Open Hero and write your headline and supporting copy.
- Complete Search appearance with a search title and description.
- Add branding, services, areas, FAQs, and contact settings as needed.
These fields are required to publish:
| Field | Length |
|---|---|
| Default URL ending | 3–60 characters; lowercase letters, numbers, and single hyphens. Start and end with a letter or number. |
| Hero headline | 20–90 characters |
| Hero supporting copy | 80–220 characters |
| Search title | 30–60 characters |
| Search description | 80–160 characters |
A hero image, custom logo, services, service areas, and FAQs are optional. Sections only appear when they are enabled and have enough content. See what customers see.
Save and preview
Many existing fields save automatically after editing. When adding a new item, use the save or add action shown on that screen. Wait for saving or uploading to finish and resolve any errors before previewing.
Copy the Draft Preview Link from Website and open it in a browser. It shows your latest saved draft, including changes you have not published. Check the page on a phone and a larger screen, including images, contact details, and section order.
Preview links last 24 hours
Anyone with the link can view the draft. Share it only with trusted reviewers, and create a new link if it expires. Preview pages are excluded from search indexing, and preview form submissions do not send emails or create real leads.
Publish or update your site
Tap Publish, review the confirmation, and confirm. If the app shows Ready to Publish requirements, complete the listed fields and try again. Publishing requires active subscription access.
After publishing, open or copy your Public Website Link. This is the link to share with customers. Later content edits stay in the draft until you publish again; customers continue seeing the last published content in the meantime.
Discard changes or take the website offline
| Action | Result |
|---|---|
| Discard Changes | Restores the draft content from your last published version. Your pending content edits are lost. Available after you have published a version. |
| Turn Published off and confirm | Takes the public website offline while keeping your website settings and content. |
| Publish again | Makes the current saved draft public, subject to the usual requirements. |
Discarding content does not undo changes to your business record or DNS provider. Unpublishing does not cancel your domain registration or remove DNS records.
Subscription access
An active subscription is required to publish, change the default URL, upload images, and add new services. You can continue editing saved website text and settings without publishing those changes.
When subscription access ends, an already published site can remain public for a 14-day grace period. Check the expiry date shown in the app and renew before it ends to keep the site available. The grace period does not allow publishing new changes.
If changes are missing
Check that the field saved successfully, then compare the draft preview with the public link. If the preview is correct, publish the changes. If an optional section is missing, check its visibility switch and minimum number of entries. Refresh the browser after publishing.
