Analytics

Analytics is one of the insight cards on Home. It shows how many times your published website was viewed during a chosen week. Swipe to the card, or use the arrows beside the date range to move between weeks.

Page views are also covered from the website side in Leads and analytics.

What the card shows

  • A headline figure, such as 42 views: the total page views for the selected week.
  • A bar chart with one bar for each day from Monday to Sunday. Tap a bar to see that day's views.
  • A week header with the date range. Use the arrows to step through weeks, or tap the date to return to the current week. You can browse earlier weeks, but you cannot go beyond the current week.
  • An action button: Create Website if your site has never been published, or Open Website once it has.

What counts as a page view

A page view is counted when someone loads your published website in a browser.

  • Views are only recorded while your website is published. Draft, preview, and unpublished changes are not counted. See Set up and publish.
  • TREVY counts one view per website load and ignores repeat reports of the same view, so a single visit is not counted twice.
  • Basic rate limiting is applied, so repeated or automated requests do not inflate the count.
  • Views are counted and grouped by day in your company's timezone, and the week runs from Monday to Sunday.

Unlike Earnings, which groups by the date an invoice was issued, analytics groups by the day the visit actually happened.

What the insight is not

Analytics is an at-a-glance summary, not a replacement for a full analytics platform. It reports page views by day and the total for the week; it does not break down unique visitors, traffic sources, search terms, time on page, or which pages were viewed, and search engines, bots, and privacy tools can affect what is recorded. For a record of enquiries, see the website leads in Leads and analytics.

Empty states

  • If your website has never been published, the card shows zero views with a Create Website button and a prompt to publish before views can be tracked.
  • Once published, a week with no visitors, or a newly published site, simply shows zero views.
  • If page views cannot load, the card shows Page views unavailable with a Try again action.
