Navigate the app
After creating your account and entering your business name, TREVY opens Home.
The bottom navigation gives you quick access to your everyday tools, while Home brings together your business insights, onboarding progress, and the rest of TREVY's features.
Find your way around TREVY
The bottom navigation bar contains five main areas:
| Area | What you'll find |
|---|---|
| Home | Business insights, your Get started checklist, notifications, and the main menu. |
| Jobs | Organise, schedule, and review your work. |
| Invoices | View and manage draft, issued, paid, and other invoices. |
| Quotes | Prepare and send quotes to clients. |
| Clients | Store client and location details for reuse across jobs and documents. |
The highlighted item shows which area you're currently viewing. You can switch between these areas directly without returning to Home.
Explore Home
Home brings together an overview of your business and shortcuts to the rest of TREVY.
View your business insights
Below the app bar, you'll find insight cards summarising recent activity.
Swipe between the cards to view:
These cards provide quick summaries. For more detailed information, open the relevant jobs, invoices, or website reports.
You can also explore the Insights documentation to learn more.
Use the Home shortcuts
At the top of Home, you'll find two useful shortcuts:
- Profile image — Opens your Account settings.
- Notification bell — Opens your notification inbox.
To manage push notification permissions, linked devices, or test notifications, open Notifications from the Home menu.
Follow your Get started checklist
New accounts display a Get started card on Home with a progress indicator.
The checklist guides you through the initial setup of TREVY:
- Add your ABN.
- Explore the demo quotes, jobs, and invoices.
- Add a real client.
- Create a real job.
TREVY records completed steps automatically, so you can work through the checklist as you use the app.
Once you've completed the checklist, you can dismiss the card from Home.
Find your other business tools
Scroll below the insights on Home to find the main menu.
This is where you'll access the tools and settings that aren't included in the bottom navigation.

Where are the settings?
TREVY doesn't have a separate Settings screen.
You can manage your personal details in Account, notification preferences in Notifications, and business details in Set up your business.
Feature-specific settings, such as job, invoice, and quote settings, are found within their respective features.
Create something from anywhere
The large + button opens TREVY's create menu, giving you quick access to common actions.
You can use it to create:
- A job
- A quote
- An invoice
- A client
- A Price Book item
- An expense
- A supplier
You don't need to navigate to the relevant section first.
Where can I find the create button?
The + button is available on the main Home, Jobs, Invoices, Quotes, and Clients pages, as well as some related list pages.
It may be hidden while you're searching, editing a record, or completing another action.
Open and navigate between records
Select a record to open its details.
Use the back arrow at the top of the screen to return to the previous list or page.
If you're completing a form with its own action bar, finish or cancel that action before using the main navigation.
Access related records
TREVY keeps related information connected, so you don't need to search for each record separately.
For example, when viewing a job, you may be able to access its related:
- Client
- Quote
- Invoice
- Forms
- Photos and files
- Activity
This makes it easier to find the information associated with a particular job.
Continue getting started
Now that you know where to find TREVY's main features, the next step is to complete your business setup.
Adding your ABN completes the next milestone in your in-app Get started checklist.
You can also add optional business details before exploring the demo documents to make their previews more representative of your business.
