1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using the Trevy mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Trevy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service: A Tool for Your Business
Trevy provides a software platform for small service businesses to manage scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and job tracking. We provide the technology, but you are responsible for running your business.
IMPORTANT: Trevy is not a party to any contract, agreement, or transaction between you and your customers. We do not control, verify, or guarantee your work, your pricing, your scheduling, or your customer relationships. Any interaction between you and your customers is solely between you and them.
3. User Accounts and Security
You must be a business entity or sole trader to use Trevy. You agree to provide accurate and current information, including your Australian Business Number (ABN) where required.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Apple, Stripe). You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.

Trevy owns all rights to the Service, software, and branding. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to your account ("User Data"). You grant us a license to use your User Data to provide and improve the Service.
9. No Professional Advice
Trevy is a technical tool, not a professional advisor. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult a qualified professional to ensure your business complies with its legal and tax obligations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Trevy excludes all implied warranties, conditions, and representations.
We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss (including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities). Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the Service or paying the cost of re-supply.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Trevy harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via the app settings.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
