Delete your Trevy account

This page explains how to delete your Trevy account and data. It reflects the in-app controls available to you.

How to request deletion

  • In the Trevy app: open the menu → Support → Delete Account, tick the acknowledgement, then tap Schedule Deletion.
  • You can also export your data first: Support → Data Export to download a ZIP containing CSV files (invoices, expenses, clients, services, suppliers, company and profile).

What happens next

  • Deletion is scheduled with a 30‑day grace period. The scheduled date is shown on the Delete Account screen.
  • During the grace period, you may cancel at any time from the same screen.
  • After the scheduled date, deletion is permanent. Your user, company, invoices, expenses, clients, services, suppliers, and related files (e.g. logos and receipts) are removed from our systems.

How to cancel a scheduled deletion

Open the app → Support → Delete Account, then tap Cancel Deletion. You must cancel before the scheduled date.
