TREVY Founder Program

Founder Program Terms

Version 1 · Effective 15 September 2026

1. About These Terms

These Founder Program Terms supplement the general TREVY Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Those documents continue to apply. If these terms conflict on a Founder-specific benefit, these terms govern that benefit.

2. Applications and Eligibility

Applications are rolling, selective, and manually reviewed. Applying does not guarantee approval or a response within a particular time. The Founder Program is currently available only to service businesses operating in Australia. By applying, you confirm that your business operates in Australia. TREVY may change the countries in which the program is available in the future without promising support for any particular country. Founder status belongs to the approved person and account, is not transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with another discount unless TREVY expressly permits it.

3. Activation and Free Access

An approved Founder receives three free calendar months of eligible TREVY Core access after the approved email is connected to a verified TREVY account. If the account has no active provider-billed Core access, the free period begins immediately. If the account has active provider-billed Core access, including a trial or paid-through access after cancellation, the Founder grant is connected immediately but the free period begins automatically when all such access actually ends. A continuing, renewed, or restarted subscription postpones the free period until that access ends.

An existing subscription is not automatically cancelled, paused, refunded, credited, repriced, or converted when a Founder grant is connected. It remains governed by its billing provider and may renew until you cancel it there. No payment details are required for Founder free access, no user activation is required when the free period becomes available, and no new subscription or charge begins automatically when it ends.

4. Lifetime Founder Pricing

A 'Founder-eligible plan' means TREVY Core and any other TREVY software plan that TREVY expressly designates as Founder-eligible. 'Covered Software Charges' means the then-current standard public recurring subscription price of a Founder-eligible plan and the standard public recurring per-user or per-seat charges for access under that plan.

After the free period and any other active subscription have ended, an eligible Founder may manually purchase an available Founder-eligible plan for 50% of its Covered Software Charges. Existing subscriptions do not convert to Founder pricing automatically. Odd minor currency units are rounded down in the Founder's favour.

'For life' means for as long as TREVY continues to operate and offer the applicable Founder-eligible plan and the approved account remains eligible. It does not guarantee that TREVY, the Service, or any particular plan will operate or remain available for any minimum period.

5. Charges Not Included

Founder pricing does not apply to usage- or consumption-based charges, communications charges such as SMS, credits, optional or separately priced add-ons, features or integrations, taxes, payment processing charges, professional services, third-party products or services, pass-through costs or fees imposed by external providers, or other charges that are not Covered Software Charges, unless TREVY expressly states otherwise. Founder pricing may also be unavailable through a purchase channel that cannot support it, so available purchase methods may be limited.

6. Feedback Relationship

Founders are asked to use TREVY in real work during the free period when practical and share honest bugs, issues, advice, and improvement ideas. This is a good-faith expectation, not a quota or a condition requiring a particular amount of feedback. Inactivity or limited feedback alone will not remove established Founder pricing.

7. Feedback and Confidentiality

You allow TREVY to use, adapt, and act on feedback you submit without payment or attribution. Do not include unnecessary customer information, passwords, payment data, health information, or other sensitive material in reports. If TREVY shares non-public product information with you, please treat it as confidential unless told otherwise.

8. Ending Participation

TREVY may revoke Founder eligibility for fraud, transfer or misuse of the benefit, abuse, or a serious breach of these Founder Program Terms or the general TREVY Terms. Eligibility will not be revoked merely for inactivity or insufficient feedback. You may stop using TREVY at any time under the general cancellation and account terms.

If your TREVY account is deleted, your current Founder status, free access, and lifetime Founder pricing eligibility end when account deletion is processed. Your existing Founder application and grant are retired and do not transfer to a later account. You may apply again, or TREVY may approve you again, subject to the program availability, eligibility requirements, and review process that apply at that time. A later approval is treated as a new Founder grant, including a new free period under the offer then available. TREVY may retain limited historical program records where reasonably required for legal, fraud-prevention, eligibility, and audit purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and Service Availability

TREVY may change future program availability, stop accepting applications, or update these terms. Material changes will be notified where required. A future change will not remove an approved Founder's established 50% benefit on Covered Software Charges merely because they supplied little or no feedback.

TREVY may discontinue the Service or a Founder-eligible plan for legitimate business, technical, security, legal, or operational reasons. TREVY will provide reasonable advance notice where reasonably practicable.
