Privacy and terms
The legal documents that govern TREVY are maintained on the TREVY website. They are the authoritative versions, and each page shows its current version and effective date. This guide summarises what each document covers and links to the full text, rather than copying legal wording that can change.
Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy explains how TREVY handles personal information. It covers the information collected, how and why it is used, who it is shared with, overseas processing, security, retention and deletion, and how to make an access, correction, or privacy complaint. It also describes how information is handled for connected services such as Xero, Stripe, and the app stores.
Terms of Service
The Terms of Service set out the agreement between you and TREVY. They cover who may use TREVY, accounts and team access, subscriptions, trials and billing, your responsibilities, acceptable use, integrations, intellectual property, service availability, liability, and governing law.
Founder Program Terms
Approved Founders are also subject to the Founder Program Terms, which describe eligibility, free access, and lifetime Founder pricing. See Founder status for how the program works in the app.
Where to find these in the app
You can review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when you create an account, and open them later from the legal links on the subscription screen. Keep the canonical website pages as your reference, because the in-app and website versions are drawn from the same source.
Questions and complaints
For a privacy question, access or correction request, or a general enquiry, contact TREVY Support or email [email protected]. The Privacy Policy explains how complaints are handled and when you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
