Data and privacy

TREVY provides tools and policies for handling your business data and account lifecycle. Use this section to export your records, find the legal documents that govern the service, and manage account deletion.

Export your data

Export your data explains where the Data Export screen lives in the app and which CSV files, PDF documents, and attachments you can download for each record type. TREVY also offers a single download that packages the supported records as CSV files in one ZIP archive. Check the downloaded result before relying on it for accounting or record retention.

Legal documents

The canonical Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are maintained on the TREVY website, along with the Founder Program Terms. Documentation summarises what each document covers and links to it, rather than copying legal text that could become outdated. Delete your account

Delete your account explains the request flow, the scheduled state, the cancellation option shown by the app, and the consequences of deletion. Export anything you need before confirming a destructive account-lifecycle action. The website's account deletion page presents the same steps in a public, shareable format. Contact support if the state displayed in your app does not match what you expect.
