Price Book
Price Book stores the services, materials, and rates you use repeatedly. Select saved items when preparing a quote or invoice instead of entering the same details each time.
Open Price Book from the mobile app's settings menu. You can create company-wide prices, organise their order, and retire prices you no longer use. For negotiated rates, you can also create prices that are available only for a particular client.
Get started
- Open Price Book and tap Create Price Book.
- Enter a name, an optional description, and a rate greater than zero.
- Choose a unit label and review the default tax treatment.
- Tap Save Price Book.
- When preparing a quote or invoice, open the line-item picker, select your saved price, and confirm Add Selected.
Review the document's quantity, rate, and tax settings before sending it. For example, selecting an hourly service gives you a starting quantity of one; change the quantity to the hours you want to charge.
Saved prices are starting values
A document keeps its own line-item details. Changing a saved price does not automatically update items already added to quotes or invoices, and editing a document line does not update the original Price Book entry.

Price Book is for preparing documents. Its entries do not automatically become services on your public website; manage those separately in Website → Services.
