Plans and trials
TREVY has two plans: Free and Core. Core is the paid plan that unlocks the full TREVY workflow, including scheduling, quotes, invoices, and job management. Free access keeps your account and data available without a paid Core subscription, but some features require Core.
For the current inclusions and price, always use the TREVY pricing page. TREVY does not duplicate prices, currencies, or offers in these guides because they can change.
Understand plan and access
Your account always has a plan value of Free or Core, and a status such as Active, Free Trial, Canceled, Billing Issue, or Inactive.
- A Core subscription unlocks Core access while it is active, including any grace period after a renewal.
- When a Core subscription is cancelled, access normally continues until its end date rather than stopping immediately.
- Founder status can also provide Core access without a paid subscription. See Founder status.
Core access is attached to a billing account, and one person, the billing owner, controls it. Other members of the business can use the access but cannot change billing. See Manage your subscription.
A Core subscription covers a set number of businesses (companies). Most plans cover one business, and some cover more. The limit belongs to the plan you buy and is not something you change in the app.
Trials
A trial is a normal Core subscription with a trial period. When a trial is offered, it is currently a 7-day free trial of TREVY Core.
Trial eligibility is decided by the provider that would charge you, not by TREVY:
- On the mobile app, the App Store or Google Play confirms whether you are eligible for the introductory offer. TREVY only shows trial wording such as Start Free Trial when the store confirms eligibility.
- On the TREVY website, Stripe checkout offers the 7-day trial only when the billing account has never held a Core subscription. If the account has any previous subscription history, checkout starts as a normal paid subscription.
- Founder pricing never includes a trial. If you are an approved Founder, the free months are handled by the Founder program instead. See Founder status.
You can normally use a store trial only once per store account. TREVY cannot reset or extend trial eligibility that a store has already used, and it cannot guarantee a trial where the store or region does not offer one.
What happens when a trial ends
Unless you cancel before it ends, a trial converts to a paid Core subscription at the price shown when you started it, charged by the provider that owns the purchase.
If you cancel during the trial, access normally continues until the trial end date and no charge is made, as long as the cancellation reaches the provider before billing. This is why the app may advise you to cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to continue.
The app reflects the change as soon as the store reports it. Until then, the card may continue to show Free Trial and the trial end date.
Where to see your plan and status
The Subscription screen in the mobile app shows your current plan, its status, and the date access renews or ends. The web Billing page shows the same information for your account, together with the provider responsible for billing.
If you are not the billing owner, TREVY explains that subscription changes are managed by the company owner and does not offer purchase or cancellation buttons.
Once you understand your current plan and trial, continue with Manage your subscription to purchase, change, or cancel it, or read Founder status if Founder pricing may apply to you.
